How to View Upcoming Bookings
See all your scheduled cleans and booking details in one place.
Your Servella dashboard gives you complete visibility of all your cleaning appointments. Whether you have a one-off clean or a regular schedule, you can easily track what's coming up and review the details of each booking.
Accessing your bookings
To view your upcoming cleans:
- Log in to your Servella account using your email and password
- From the dashboard homepage, click on "My Bookings" in the navigation menu
- Your upcoming appointments will be displayed in chronological order, with the next clean shown first
- Click on any booking card to expand and see the full details
Understanding booking statuses
Each booking displays a status indicator to help you track its progress:
- Pending – Your booking is being processed and a cleaner will be assigned shortly
- Confirmed – Your booking is scheduled and a cleaner has been assigned
- In Progress – Your cleaner is currently at your property carrying out the clean
- Completed – The clean has finished and payment has been processed
- Cancelled – The booking was cancelled (either by you or our team)
Understanding payment statuses
Each booking also shows a payment status so you know exactly where things stand financially:
- Pending – Payment is awaiting processing
- Authorised – Your payment method has been verified and funds are reserved
- Paid – Payment has been successfully processed
- Processing – Payment is currently being captured
- Failed – There was an issue with your payment (you'll receive an email with next steps)
- Refunded – The payment has been refunded to your original payment method
Booking details
Each booking displays comprehensive information including:
- Date and scheduled time of your clean
- Service type (e.g., Regular Clean, Deep Clean, End of Tenancy)
- Estimated duration based on your selected service
- Your assigned cleaner's name and profile photo
- The address being cleaned
- Full price breakdown including any extras you've selected
- Any special instructions or access arrangements you've provided
Actions you can take
From the booking details page, you can manage your appointments:
- Edit Booking – Change the date, time, duration, extras, or special instructions (subject to availability and our editing window policy)
- Cancel Booking – Cancel a booking if your plans have changed (cancellation policy applies)
- Download Invoice – For completed bookings, download a PDF invoice for your records
- Report an Issue – For completed bookings, let us know if something wasn't right
Booking tabs
Your bookings page is organised into three tabs for easy navigation:
- Upcoming – All your scheduled cleans that haven't happened yet
- Completed – Your cleaning history showing all finished appointments
- Cancelled – Any bookings that have been cancelled for your records
Viewing completed bookings
The Completed tab shows your full cleaning history. For each completed booking, you can see what services were provided, review the price paid, download your invoice, and report any issues if needed. Your booking history is useful for tracking your cleaning schedule over time and for reference when booking similar services in the future.
Booking emails
We'll keep you informed throughout the booking process via email:
- Booking received – Sent immediately when you make a booking to confirm we've received it
- Booking confirmed – Sent when your booking is confirmed and a cleaner has been assigned
- Cleaner assigned – If a cleaner is assigned after your initial confirmation, you'll receive an email introducing them
- Appointment reminder – Sent 24 hours before your scheduled clean
- Cleaning complete – Sent when your clean is finished, including your invoice as a PDF attachment
- Booking updated – Sent if you reschedule or make changes to your booking
- Booking cancelled – Sent if your booking is cancelled, with refund details if applicable
