What's included

Our move-in/move-out cleaning includes everything in our deep cleaning service, plus additional attention to areas that are critical for end-of-tenancy inspections and move-in readiness.

Kitchen - thoroughly cleaned

Your kitchen receives intensive attention to meet letting agent standards:

• Inside one oven - removing grease, burnt-on food, and grime (additional ovens available as an extra)
• Inside one fridge and freezer - shelves, drawers, and door seals (additional fridges available as an extra)
• Inside the microwave
• Inside all cupboards and drawers - cleaned and wiped
• Behind and under appliances where accessible
• Degreasing the hob, extractor fan, and splashbacks
• Descaling taps and sink
• Worktops and all surfaces
• Cleaning window sills and frames

Bathrooms - deep cleaned

Bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard:

• Descaling taps, showerheads, and fixtures
• Removing limescale and soap scum from shower screens and tiles
• Deep cleaning grout lines
• Inside bathroom cabinets and storage
• Cleaning extractor fans
• Detailed cleaning of toilet, including behind and around the base
• Polishing mirrors and chrome fixtures
• Scrubbing tile floors and walls

Throughout the property

Every room receives detailed attention:

• All cupboards, wardrobes, and storage areas cleaned inside
• Light switches, sockets, and door handles wiped
• Interior window cleaning (inside glass and frames)
• Detailed skirting board cleaning
• Door and door frame cleaning (including tops of doors)
• Cleaning radiators
• Cobweb removal from ceilings and corners
• Dusting and cleaning all shelving and surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors

Move-out cleaning (End of Tenancy)

Our move-out cleaning is designed to help you get your deposit back. We clean to letting agent and landlord standards, ensuring every area of the property is left in excellent condition. Many landlords and letting agents require a professional clean before returning deposits, and our service meets these requirements. We can provide before/after photos if needed for your records or to share with your landlord.

Move-in cleaning

Moving into a new property? Our move-in cleaning ensures you start fresh in a spotless, hygienic home. We clean areas that previous occupants may have missed or that have gathered dust since the property was empty. Have your new home professionally cleaned before your furniture arrives or you unpack - it's much easier when the property is empty.

Empty vs furnished properties

Empty properties are quicker to clean thoroughly as we have full access to all areas without furniture in the way. If your property is still furnished, we'll work around your belongings, but please note this may take longer. Let us know whether your property is empty or furnished when booking so we can allocate the right amount of time.

What's NOT typically included

The following tasks are not usually part of a move-in/move-out clean but may be available as extras:

• Packing or unpacking belongings
• Garden or outdoor cleaning
• Washing dishes or tidying away personal items

Duration

Move-in/move-out cleans typically take 4 to 8 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Empty properties generally take less time than furnished ones. Larger properties or those that haven't been cleaned in a while will take longer. We'll discuss timing when you book to ensure we allocate enough time to do a thorough job.

Booking your move clean

When booking, let us know whether you need a move-in or move-out clean, whether the property is empty or furnished, and the size of the property. If you have a specific deadline (e.g., a checkout inspection), please mention this so we can prioritise accordingly.
