Creating Your Account

Creating a Servella account is quick and easy. While you can book a clean without an account, you'll need one to manage your bookings, view your history, and save your preferences.

How to create an account

Follow these steps to get started:

• Visit servella.co.uk and click "Sign Up"
• Enter your full name
• Enter your email address
• Add your phone number (optional)
• Create a password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number)
• Enter a referral code if you have one (optional) - both you and the person who referred you will receive account credit when you complete your first booking
• Verify your email by clicking the link we send you

Complete your profile

Once your account is created, we recommend adding a few details to make booking even faster:

• Upload a profile photo - helps your cleaner recognise you
• Add your address - so we can check availability and assign cleaners in your area
• Save a payment method - for seamless checkout when you book your next clean

Account security

We take your security seriously. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and a number. We securely store your details and never share them with third parties.
